• SOLID - The roasting pan is made from cast aluminum with a non-stick double granite coating PFLUON GRANIT, which allows for cooking with minimal fat. It retains heat exceptionally well, which helps maintain the temperature of the food longer. The glass lid is heat-resistant.
• PRACTICAL - The roasting pan features a glass lid with a liquid seasoning dispenser. Without the need to open the lid, you can add water, wine, and liquid spices to your dishes. It is also equipped with comfortable handles that make it easy to carry.
• MULTIFUNCTIONAL - The roasting pan is suitable for use in the oven, on gas, electric, or ceramic stovetops, as well as induction cooktops. It is heat resistant up to 230 °C, but with the glass lid, the maximum is 200 °C.
