• Double-layer non-stick ILAG Essential surface - The grilling plate is made of aluminum with a non-stick ILAG Essential coating. This surface provides excellent non-stick properties, high durability, and easy maintenance, allowing for the preparation of healthy and tasty meals with a minimal amount of fat.
• Suitable for all stovetops, grills, and dishwashers - The plate can be used in the oven (up to 220°C), on the stove, and directly over fire or grill. It is suitable for gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, and induction cooktops. Dishwasher safe. Free from harmful PFOA substances.
• Flat bottom with a heat indicator - The bottom is flat and equipped with a heat indicator that changes color when the plate reaches the perfect cooking temperature. This ensures ideal frying conditions. The lighter shade of the thermo point changes color at about 160°C and disappears completely at about 210°C. The thermal point protects the cookware from overheating, thereby preserving its non-stick properties. It can be used for frying, simmering, and baking with minimal fat usage.
