• 5L Capacity Aluminum Pan - A deep pan with a diameter of 32 cm and a maximum capacity of 5 liters. The pan is made of aluminum in black color. It comes with a lid made of glass, plastic, and silicone. External dimensions of the pan: 43 x 33 x 8 cm, height with handles is 9.5 cm, and height with the lid is 11.5 cm. The pan is from the Gali series.
• Double-layer ILAG Essential non-stick surface - The interior of the pan features the ILAG Essential coating. This surface provides excellent non-stick properties, high durability, and easy maintenance, allowing for the preparation of healthy and tasty meals with a minimal amount of fat. The coating is PFOA-free.
• Suitable for all cooktops and dishwasher safe - Suitable for gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, and induction cooktops. It is dishwasher safe. The pan without the lid is oven safe up to 220°C.
• Flat bottom with heat indicator - The bottom is flat and equipped with a heat indicator that changes color when the pan reaches the perfect cooking temperature. This ensures ideal conditions for cooking, frying, and simmering. The lighter shade of the thermo point changes color at about 160°C and disappears completely at about 210°C. The thermal point protects the pan from overheating, thus preserving its non-stick properties. It can be used for frying, simmering, and baking with minimal use of fat.
• Glass lid and silicone handles - Comes with a glass lid that features a vent to release excess steam. Additionally, the lid has a seal, ensuring a good fit to the pan when closed. Equipped with two handles finished with grey silicone. The handles do not heat up, guaranteeing comfortable and safe use, providing a secure grip while cooking or transferring.
