Equipped with a lid made of glass, plastic, and silicone. External dimensions of the pot: 39.5 x 30 x 13.5 cm, height with handles is 15 cm, and height with lid is 16.5 cm. Pot from the Gali series.
• Double-layer non-stick ILAG Essential surface - The inside of the pot features an ILAG Essential coating. This surface provides excellent non-stick properties, high durability, and easy maintenance, allowing for the preparation of healthy and tasty meals with a minimum amount of fat. The coating used is PFOA-free.
• Suitable for all cookers and dishwasher-safe - Suitable for gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, and induction cookers. Dishwasher safe. The pot without the lid is suitable for oven use up to 220°C.
• Flat bottom with heat indicator - The bottom is flat and equipped with a heat indicator that changes color when the pot reaches the ideal cooking temperature. This ensures perfect conditions for cooking, frying, and stewing. The lighter shade of the thermo point changes color at about 160°C and disappears completely at about 210°C. The thermal point protects the vessels from overheating, thus preserving their non-stick properties. It can be used for boiling, frying, stewing, and baking with minimal fat usage.
• Glass lid and silicone handles - Equipped with a glass lid that has a vent to release excess steam. Additionally, the lid has a seal, ensuring a good fit to the pan when closed. Equipped with two handles finished with silicone in gray color. The non-heating handles guarantee comfortable and safe use, providing a secure grip during cooking or transferring.
