• 4.5 L Aluminum Pot - A pot with a diameter of 24 cm and a maximum capacity of 4.5 liters with a glass lid. Made of aluminum in black color. Equipped with a lid made of glass, plastic, and silicone. External pot dimensions: 34.5 x 26 x 12 cm, height with handles is 13 cm, and height with the lid is 15 cm. Part of the Gali series.
• Double-layer non-stick ILAG Essential surface - The inside of the pot features an ILAG Essential coating. This surface provides excellent non-stick properties, high durability, and easy maintenance, allowing for the preparation of healthy and tasty meals with a minimal amount of fat. The used coating is PFOA-free.
• Suitable for all stovetops and dishwasher-safe - Suitable for gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, and induction stovetops. Dishwasher-safe. The pot without the lid is suitable for oven use up to 220°C.
• Flat bottom with heat indicator - The bottom is flat and equipped with a heat indicator that changes color when the pot reaches the ideal cooking temperature. This ensures perfect conditions for cooking, frying, and simmering. The lighter shade of the thermal point changes color at around 160°C and disappears completely at around 210°C. The thermal point protects the cookware from overheating, thereby maintaining its non-stick properties. It can be used for boiling, frying, simmering, and baking with minimal fat usage.
• Glass lid and silicone handles - Equipped with a glass lid that has a vent for releasing excess steam. Comes with two handles finished with grey silicone. Additionally, the lid has a seal, ensuring a tight fit when closed. The cool-touch handles ensure comfortable and safe use, providing a secure grip during cooking or transferring.
