This vessel can be used as a grill pan with a grilled bottom or as a roasting pan for oven baking. The lid is equipped with a dispenser through which you can add liquid seasonings or wine.
• STURDY - Made from cast aluminum with a non-stick PFLUON GRANIT coating, and the lid is made of heat-resistant glass. The applied coating is free from PFOA and PTFE. Your dishes will be healthy and tasty. The pan is resistant to high temperatures up to max. 230°C, while the lid can withstand up to max. 200°C.
